"Ready to Fly" - Factory Built Aircraft

The Allegro is a modern, two-seat, Sport Aircraft that has built up a solid reputation for it's excellent flight qualities, low-drag aerodynamics and frugal economy of operation. The Allegro is a classical high wing aeroplane with a nose mounted engine. Two side-by-side and adjustable seats in a spacious cockpit provide a comfortable ride. The T-mounted tailplane and tricycle undercarriage with steerable nose-wheel ensure positive control both in the air and on the ground. The powerful hydraulically operated disk brakes fitted to the main undercarriage allow for short field operations.

The Allegro sports a carefully designed, aerodynamically shaped  and very strong composite Kevlar sandwich honeycomb laminate fuselage and, with its clean surface provides minimum air resistance and maximum economy. The wing, tail plane and rudder are of metal construction making the Allegro a durable aircraft.

The spacious and ergonomically appointed cabin guarantees pilot and passenger comfort whether doing circuits or on that long cross-country flight. The centrally mounted control stick between the seats makes getting in and out of the cockpit very easy through the large door openings and the plane would suit a conversion for handicapped pilots.

The large lexan doors offer a panoramic view with few obstructions. The Allegro factory-built aircraft are produced with ROTAX 912 and ROTAX 912 S engines. The aircraft can be optionally equipped with many extras such as navigation lights, landing light, strobe beacon, etc - in fact, it's possible to order just about any accessory for the Allegro.

The electrically activated flaps produce stall speeds under 35 knots and with full flaps deployed a steep approach is possible resulting in a very short flare and roll out on making landings easy even the shortest of strips. The instrument panel has a modern and practical design with unrestricted views of all flight and engine instruments. The flap position indicator is also conveniently situated in the panel to provide a simple, uninterrupted scan of all key instrumentation. The low position of the dash allows excellent forward visibility both on the ground and in normal flight attitudes. Due to its very good flight qualities, low operation costs and high quality/price ratio, the Allegro range from Allegro USA LLC are ideal aeroplanes for safe recreational flying, touring and pilot training.

Each Allegro produced is test run before undergoing a thorough flight test process. Upon successful completion of all tests, the aircraft is stripped down and prepared for transportation to the U.K.
